My Approach & Values

My approach is integrative – this means that different elements from specific therapies are brought together. This enables me to tailor counselling techniques to the individuals personal needs

With Counselling and Psychotherapy, you can talk freely about your life and feelings.  l provide a comfortable space to explore your thoughts and difficulties you may be experiencing,  in a confidential and non-judgemental environment. You will be listened to and helped to gain understanding of your issues. I work with adults who are surviving childhood trauma and across wide range of subjects including anxiety, depression and bereavement.

Short-term therapy can be be put in place to address immediate issues, while long-term therapy can be used to work through long-standing and complex issues. The frequency and length of sessions are planned jointly by the client and therapist.

My approach is integrative – this means that different elements from specific therapies are brought together. This enables me to tailor counselling techniques to the individual’s personal needs.
